March 27- the last long day of the trip started in a haunted recording studio on Beale Street. WC Handy was said to have spent so much time in the bar that once stood on the spot of the studio, that his ghost remains to influence anyone who records there. The old bar is actually under the studio, it was demolished, but not removed before the new building went up. We joked about this as I was recording some music for the show until we realized that I was the only one who got really really cold. And may I say OOOOooooooEEEEEEEEEEEEoooooooOOOOOOOO.....As the sun sashayed into a comfortable pink spendor, setting on the Mississippi River, we sped off to the airport to fly to New York.
