Washing Emmy in the Snow |

Every Saturday I have been working with DaveT (and Harvster by Long Distance) on the Book of UNGO. Last Saturday, February 10, I just couldn't stand the dirt on Emmy any longer. Chunky is a kind of peanut butter, not an acceptable finish on my car. Removing the Stone Guard was like peeling off a band-aid. The Zaino finish kept the water beading. Yes, that IS snow on the ground. It was one of those 45-degree-but-wind-chill-makes-it-feel-like-20-degree days. Fine, the car didn't know how cold it was. Note to self: need rubber gloves in the car, that water was COOOOOOOLD on my hands! Dave says I looked like a bag lady washing my car. That's fine since: a) CiZi was waiting in the garage for Emmy to finish getting a bath b) I was rewarded by fabulous Boston Green in the sunlight- man I love this color Yeah, yeah, I dropped the sprayer and got a face full of freezing water It was well worth it! Falling in love with that color every time I see the world on her hood, satisfied when her trunk is like a mirror. If this doesn't qualify me to ARZoA, nothing will. many thanks to DaveT for the pics!
