I dropped Zeattle Dave a line and asked if I could be his navigator if I could get in on time and kept an eye on the Message Board. If I could get to Zeattle and meet their Z3ers, I'd recognize them at Homecoming. Homecoming- the Blur. Then I saw this post:

Last night while waiting behind a zillion cars to move on an exit ramp to I-5 due to the summer bottle-neck of construction 4 lane freeway down to 1 lane I noticed in my review mirror coming at a high speed a car I knew then a rear end was inevitable, so did a quick check...seatbelt, handbrake, room between my zee and car in front, both feet on the brake pedal, car in neutral, tuck neck between shoulder blades, and hold on for dear life...screeeeech BANG! the chowder head hit me with full force. After the impact the first thing that came to my mind was @#@$%# there goes homecoming!! I new this little car was tough, but you should have seen the other car.
