Then it was time to go. We were all so sad. Homecoming was really over. Sheesh, actors! JonT took me back to 78 and then I was alone. The Empire State Building was still lit up Red White and Blue Every Homecoming ends up like this, that last stretch of 78 alone. The moon was full and round and bright, the weather was clear- and no traffic at the tunnel. I got in at about 1030pm and sat down to write all this. It's 318am. This was an amazing Homecoming. The folks at BMW Manufacturing treat us like gold. Thank you BMW Manufacturing for this great event, your many kindnesses, these great cars and for treating us like friends. And thank you Becker, for allowing me to beta test the Traffic Pro. It was a fine companion for this ride, frankly I could not have done without it.
