About Interstates:
Interstate routes ending in even numbers travel east to west. So a route number
such as Interstate 80 would travel east to west.
Interstate routes ending in odd numbers travel north to south. An example of this
is Interstate 95.
Interstates with low route numbers are in the western United States, while ones
with high numbers are in the eastern United States. Middle number routes are
generally in the central United States.
