Hello, I am Jayne.

I am a certified flight instructor/CFII in Austin, Texas.

I became a PADI certified Assistant Scuba Instructor in 1989.

I earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do in 1992.

I had a really bad accident last year which totaled my MX-6. I really loved the MX-6 so I called the dealer to get another one and found out that Mazda had quit making MX-6's. Wondering what car to buy, I began doing research on the internet on the various cars. It was September so the lots were empty. I thought the Z3 was cute but just assumed it was way out of my price range until...

... one day I was looking at cars at a dealer next to a BMW dealer.
There was a 2.3 at the edge of the lot with the sticker on it and curiosity got the best of me. I found myself drooling over the car thinking I can almost afford this! I went on a test drive that day and fell in love with the car. Until that point, I would not have considered a convertible.

Ok...call me weird but I have never driven my Z3 in the rain.
Well...partially because it never rains in central Texas (except this week).

My big news is that my baby is a cover girl! The Tejas chapter of the BMWCCA used one of my pictures on their cover for their February '00 issue.
I was kinda excited (especially since I just joined about a month before and submitted my pic for their webpage). Jayne's pic also made MZ3.net's picture of the week!

Gotta go fly in the clouds, its 3000' overcast here in Austin (yuck).
