• Shipping costs are fixed. They cover Insurance, shipping charges, handling and packaging materials and tracking.

• We DO NOT offer combined shipping.  (If 6 or more items are purchased we will give a 20% discount on shipping - But all items will be shipped separately)

• NOTE: In order to qualify for a shipping rate discount, all auctions must be won within 3 days and payments must be received with in 7 days of first auction close and sent in one single transaction.

• We will attempt to ship all items within 3-4 Business days after payment has been received.

• ATTN CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Shipments to Canada may be subject to Canadian Customs charges and/or UPS brokerage fees.

• We ship to the following countries ONLY: Canada, United States.
  We DO NOT ship to the following places : Canadian Territories, UK, Australia, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and Mexico.

• If the item Arrives D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) or not functioning as described you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product. If we are contacted after 48 hours refunds will not be issued. Only credit towards another product from Jam Trading will be issued.

• We accept returns only on auctions GUARANTEED AGAINST D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival)

• If your item is D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) and we are unable to replace your item with the same or a similar product, a refund will be issued.

• Refunds are for the bid amount only. We do not refund shipping and handling. Return Shipping cost is not refundable.  (unless the error occurred on our end)

• If a refund is approved, credit will only be issued when the unit has been returned in the condition that it left our warehouse (including all parts, manuals, and packaging included in the item description).

• If an item is returned and nothing is found wrong with it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

• When returning a product from CANADA please send the product as a return and DO NOT declare a product value on the customs form.

• If a value is declared on the customs form we will not accept the product and the package will be returned to you. All items are overstocks, open-box, returns, shelf-pulls or store displays.

• We provide a guarantee against D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) unless otherwise stated in the auction (AS IS auctions excluded) If the item is selling AS IS, then it is not covered by our Return Policy.

• We do not answer customer service questions pertaining to AS IS auctions.

• We will not issue a refund if item was tampered with or warranty sticker was removed.

• We accept payment transactions via Virtuman KYOZOU CheckOut ONLY!  We do accept PAY-PAL payments through Virtuman KYOZOU Checkout only. Please do not use eBay check out to make payment for this auction. Our CheckOut process is powered by:PayPal. You will receive a winning bidder notification via e-mail with CheckOut instructions. Other methods of payment are outlined through the Virtuman CheckOut process. Winning Bidder must make payment arrangements within 3 days of auction close, payment must be received within 7 days or item will be re-listed.
