I am outta here in a couple of days!!!!!
My replacement is Danica Sancic-Chumley, (Dani). She will be more than
happy
to take on this project. Dani is an Air Force Reservist that is an Emergency
Medical Service Technician in civilian life. So as military emergency
management type and an EMS tech as a civilian she fits right into the
family
bloodline.
We've spoken about this and she thinks it's a fantastic idea and you're
a
wonderful person for facilitating it. We appreciate how much work
coordinating it must be. Don't say it's nothing. It is a wonderful thing
you're doing. It will be an incredible morale boost for the men and
women
over here. It is something, more than that it is something special because
you are doing it because you care about us. That matters to us.
Yes, it sucks to be us. But the reasons we are willing to make these
sacrifices are the same reasons you are working as hard as you are for
us,
not just for us, but for your country. We understand, we appreciate
that,
you are one of us. You are here in heart and spirit, your heart and
your
spirit and in our hearts and our spirits.
You will never understand how much good you're doing. You will never
know
how much we appreciate what you're doing. You are a very special person.
Don't question my judgment. Don't argue with my assessment. Shut up
and say
Thank you, Paul. I'm right this time.
