Langka applied with a 100% cotton sheet wrapped around the plastic Langka card
You are always working with your finger or the card wrapped in
"smooth tightly woven cloth". Back and forth, not circular. Once you
see paint coming off on the cloth, lighten up on rubbing.
Finger may take off too much touch-up paint but you can feel your progress.
